The five-minute setup, in general

  1. Open your AI tool's settings and find the MCP, Integrations, or Tools div.
  2. Choose Add a remote MCP server (exact wording varies by tool).
  3. Paste your Xvantage MCP URL exactly as provided — no trailing spaces.
  4. Save and restart the conversation. You should see Xvantage tools appear in your assistant's available tools list.
  5. Try a prompt from the Prebuilt use cases page to confirm it’s working.
BUILDING AN AGENT?

For custom-built agents (Claude Agents SDK, OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks) point the MCP client library at the Xvantage URL. That's the whole integration — no API key management, no endpoint-by-endpoint wiring, no API docs review. Tool discovery is automatic. Check Tool KBAs for per-tool behavior once connected.
